If Sharingd entries stop, then slowly re-enable the Sharing items you really need, and after enabling on, check the Console logs and see if Sharingd messages return at a rapid pace (you will get some when you enable something that uses Sharingd, but what you do not want, is lots and lots of entries appearing continuously).
Then monitor the Console logs to see if new Sharingd entries keep showing up. Since Sharingd is related to file sharing and AirDrop, you might try disabling System Preferences -> Sharing. Hopefully someone else with a better 'Clue' will come along, and make some useful suggestions.
